At Altruist Salon, we believe in our team and their ability to grow into career stylists who are passionate about the industry, building relationships with guests, and helping others achieve their dreams.

Our Apprentice program is designed to bridge the gap between “cosmetology school” and “high-level”  stylist skills – growing career stylists with an income they choose.

 

Phase 1

  • Meeting you where you are at-

    Show us what you’ve got!

    What services do you thrive doing? What do you love? Let’s master it!

Phase 2

  • What services cause you the most stress? What’s in your way? Let’s take a deep dive into what you need to focus on and what you need to have basic knowledge of.

Phase 3

  • Money matters! Nothing makes life better than health and wealth! Career mindset around money both professionally and personally.

Phase 4

  • Check your pulse and make sure your heart is exactly where you want it.

WHAT YOU GET

Compensation

  • Commission or Hourly Pay
  • Retail Bonuses
  • Education Fund (once you level up)
  • PTO (after 6 months & level 1 stylist)
  • IRA (after 1 year &  level 1 stylist)

Education & Training

  • Comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical skills, guest handling, and business building.

Mentoring

  • One-on-one mentoring with a Master Stylist and in-house Educator & team mastermind sessions.
