Salon Concierge is a person who bridges the gap between the Guest, the Stylist, and the salon. They create an Exceptional Experience while the stylist provides Service Excellence! The Concierge is a teammate to the stylists and an experience creator for the guest, making sure our Brand Promises are met and our overall success is abundant!

 

WHAT WE NEED

Qualifications

  • Outgoing
  • Sales experienced
  • Licensed cosmetologist (Preferred but not required)

Job Role

  •  Prep the salon and schedule
  • Create a guest experience
  • Support the service providers
  • If you’re licensed, support stylist if needed ( shampooing, styling, and facial waxing)
  • Triple WIN   –  Guest Win, Teammate Win and Salon Win

Compensation

  • Your pay is based on your level of experience.
