Grace Hardy

Stylist

I’ve been around the beauty industry since kindergarten, when my mom bought the salon—so hair has pretty much always been part of my life. Growing up in that space sparked my love for hair and inspired me to turn that passion into a career. I first earned a degree in business management, then went to hair school, and now I’m continuing my training through an apprenticeship program.

I love creating beautiful, personalized results and making sure every guest leaves my chair feeling confident and cared for. As an apprentice, I’m intentionally building a well-rounded skill set while discovering and refining my specialty. I am currently working toward Harper Ellis extension certifications to continue expanding my skills and education.

Connection is a big part of what I love about this industry. I love connecting with people and making their time in the chair feel relaxing and special. I want every appointment to feel relaxed, welcoming, and a little bit special—from meaningful conversations to the small details that make a difference. My approach is thoughtful and personalized, making sure each client feels comfortable, heard, and cared for throughout their service.

My favorite part of the Altruist Salon experience is the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the little details, like our hot towels that make every visit feel relaxing and special.

When I’m not in the salon, I’m probably traveling, at the lake, chasing the sun, or spending time with my favorite people. Fun fact: I played softball for Montana before going to cosmetology school, so of course — Go Griz! My favorite product is the Aveda Nutriplenish leave-in, especially for keeping extensions hydrated and happy.
